The Opentree Foundation was founded on the core tenet that ‘Play’ has the power to change lives and every child has the Right to Play. It works to bring transformational change in the lives of children from marginalized communities by optimizing the Power of Play through innovative programmes, public and private partnerships, and relevant research and advocacy initiatives. With a vision to create a world where every child is empowered through Conscious Play™, The Opentree Foundation creates safe spaces for at-risk children and helps them build essential life skills through its play programmes, enabling them to grow into well-rounded adults.
THE PROBLEM
No one knows about opentree. People have this perception that these are all about Toy bank.

A new identity for the umbrella brand is essential. By rebranding and creating a new logo, The Opentree Foundation can highlight its broader mission beyond just Toybank. This new identity will represent all projects under the foundation, showcasing its commitment to empowering children through Conscious Play™ and distinguishing it from being perceived solely as a toy bank.
OBJECTIVE
- A logo that encapsulates the vision of the foundation - a world where all children are empowered through Conscious Play™ and portrays the foundation as 'play propagators'.
- The logo needs to be the identity of The Opentree Foundation, and needs to talk to potential supporters, children and the general public. The logo should encourage the audience to know more about play and why it is essential, in turn encouraging them to become play supporters and believing in play themselves.
